Why am I copy-pasting the blog titles?
Simply because I am quite uncertain with what words to use.
I thought -- MAN WITH LONG HAIR or SUNEO-KUN
will match this.
But oh well, here is a good photo of

I've read before that he was the supposed-to-be
seiyuu of Doraemon again but since he refused
to have that role, (If my memory's still in the shape, I think
it's because he doesn't have the confidence to do so)
that's why he got the long-mouthed Suneo-kun.
